How to buy

1. Purchase AppleCare+ with your new iPhone.

2. Or buy it within 60 days of your iPhone purchase:

  • On your device (go to Settings > General > About and choose AppleCare+ Coverage Available)
  • Online (requires you to verify your serial number and run a remote diagnostic)
  • At an Apple Store (inspection of iPhone and proof of purchase are required)
  • By calling (852) 2112 0099 (requires you to run a remote diagnostic and provide proof of purchase)

  2. Coverage begins on your AppleCare+ purchase date. AppleCare+ for iPhone provides coverage for unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling. Each incident is subject to a service fee of HK$228 for a screen replacement or back glass damage, or HK$788 for other accidental damage. The back glass damage service fee is only available for iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models.
  3. Local telephone fees may apply. Telephone numbers and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
  4. Same-day service availability and options may vary by region and iPhone model. For international service, Apple may repair or replace your iPhone and iPhone parts with a comparable iPhone model or parts that comply with local standards. Service coverage is subject to AppleCare+ Terms and Conditions.

    In Hong Kong, Apple Asia Limited (“Apple”) is the obligor in relation to all obligations under this Plan apart from the Accidental Damage from Handling coverage. For the Accidental Damage from Handling coverage, AIG Insurance Hong Kong Limited (AIG HK) is the insurer under this Plan pursuant to a master agreement between Apple and AIG HK, under which such coverage is included as part of the Plan. Apple purchases this coverage from AIG HK as counterparty to the master agreement. Apple is not a licensed insurance agent and does not provide any advice in relation to the insurance coverage provided by AIG HK under the Plan. HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption”("redemption email”) to customers’ registered email address at Shoppy within 7 working days upon successfully complete the purchase order.  Customers must pick up Apple products they purchased in person (Third party authorization is not accepted) at designated "HKBN Shops" and at designated redemption period stated on the redemption email. Customers must present the redemption email and HK Identity Card for verification to our staff before pick up the products. Please keep safe of the redemption email. 

Product is subject to availability. The redemption date is subject to stock availability and logistic arrangement.

Products sold at Shoppy cannot be refunded and exchanged. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.

Important Notes of Apple Products:

1)    When customers collect any Apple product(s) at "HKBN Shops", customers shall immediately verify whether the product model shown on the package is the same as the chosen product. Customers shall sign the “Acknowledgement Receipt of HKBN Product/Premium Redemption” (if applicable), no return, exchange or refund requests will be accepted. If the collected Apple product is iPhone, HKBN staff will activate the relevant product immediately.  
2)    If product defect occurs during the warranty period, please bring the Apple product and Shoppy Purchase Receipt or “Notification of HKBN Product/Premium Receipt Confirmation” to the service center of the manufacturer / supplier for examination and repair.
3)    You have read and understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of Apple's end-user software license agreement.
4)    In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBN shall be final and conclusive.
