• This GODIVA e-voucher entitles the bearer to exchange the equivalent amount for GODIVA Holiday Advent Calendar Chocolate Gift Box 10pcs at any GODIVA shops* (*excluding Airport, Duty Free Outlets, Department Stores, Kiosks) in Hong Kong on or before the expiry date. This e-voucher shall be invalid after the expiry date.
• This e-voucher is valid for one-time use only and GODIVA’s system record shall be final & binding.
• No photocopy and screen captured copy are allowed.
• This e-voucher will not be accepted for purchase by phone, fax, or through internet.
• This e-voucher (or any part thereof) may not be redeemed for cash. The bearer will not be entitled to any refund or exchange or change in cash.
• This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with GODIVA VIP Card or other promotional offers.
• Godiva Chocolatier (Asia) Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from this e-voucher.
HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption” ("redemption email”) to customers registered email address at Shoppy within 15 minutes upon successfully complete the purchase order. Customers shall download or open My HKBN mobile app, and login with My HKBN account in order to redeem the purchased e-Coupon at My Redemption in My HKBN upon receive the redemption email.
