The SIM card is valid for 15 days from the date of activation. A day means from 00:00 to 23:59 (Hong Kong time) even if the usage period of that day is less than a day. First day means from the first day of use to the day at 23:59 Hong Kong time. Expiry date means the days shown on the cover at 23:59 Hong Kong time. It provides mobile data service, 4G & 5G network in Australia & New Zealand. Once your data usage reach "Fair Usage level" 8GB, the upload/download speed would be reduced and restricted (minimum 256kbps), and tethering and Peer-to-Peer services would not be available. This SIM card provides 60 minutes voice call service in Australia & New Zealand for receiving calls, and making outgoing calls to local, Mainland and Hong Kong number. This SIM card enables to send 10 SMS in Australia and New Zealand. This SIM card is non-rechargeable. HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption”("redemption email”) to talents' company email address within 14 working days upon successfully complete the purchase order. Talents shall follow the designated redemption period (shall redeem in 10 working days upon the issue date of the redemption email), and talents must present the redemption email to pick-up your product(s) at designated office. Please keep safe of the redemption email.
