- All orders must be placed at least 5 days before the delivery date and online registration must be completed (delivery reservation must be made online on or before 23:59 on June 25, 2025 at the latest). (For example, if you register online on December 22, you can make an appointment for delivery on December 27 at the earliest).
- For online registration, you need to select the delivery date and enter voucher code and delivery information.
- After successfully completing online registration, the system will automatically send a delivery notification to the registration email for confirmation.
- You will also receive a delivery reminder SMS 1 day before delivery, and a tracking number will be provided to track the transportation status.
Terms & Conditions:
- Once the order is confirmed, the order information (including delivery date and address) cannot be cancelled or changed, and the payment will not be refunded.

Delivery arrangements in Hong Kong:
- Delivery time: 9:00am – 8:00pm
- The delivery person will call the consignee on the day of delivery to inform them of the delivery time. The delivery time will be arranged according to the order of the delivery area. If there is any change, further notice will be given. Customers please be aware of unknown calls on the delivery date.
HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption” ("redemption email”) to customers registered email address at Shoppy within 15 minutes upon successfully complete the purchase order. Customers shall download or open My HKBN mobile app, and login with My HKBN account in order to redeem the purchased e-Coupon at My Redemption in My HKBN upon receive the redemption email.
