Terms and Conditions

1. User must redeem the designated Rice Dumpling within the redemption period. Rice Dumpling e-coupon is only valid on or before the expiry date.
2. The Rice Dumpling e-coupon is not exchangeable for cash or other products and/or used in conjunction with other discount offers.
3. From 24 May 2024 to 29 May 2024, customer who need to redeem 5pcs Rice puddings or above, please go to Hung Fook Tong website (http://www.hungfooktong.com) or contact the Customer Services Hotline at 2920-2206 (Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm) for Rice Dumpling reservation at designated Hung Fook Tong shop at least 3 days in advance to ensure there shall be sufficient stocks for redemption.
4. This Rice Dumpling e-coupon will become invalid if it has been defaced or damaged in anyway. Photocopies will not be accepted. 
5. No replacement and redemption will be provided in these circumstances if this Rice Dumpling e-coupon is lost, stolen or destroyed.

HKBN will email a “Redemption email of e-Voucher” ("redemption email”) to talents' company email address within 15 minutes upon successfully complete the purchase order. Talents may redeem the purchased e-Coupon upon receive the redemption email.
