Warranty Details

  1. Check the warranty on https://servicenet.jabra.com to see if warranty is applicable and faulty reason can be applied on their warranty policy
  2. Get some support from our webpage https://www.jabra.hk/support, if not, should raise the trouble shooting by enterprisesupport.apac@jaba.com.
  3. After trouble shooting, if issue can’t be solved, then raise the request under our Jabra service net Jabra ServiceNet | Login.
  4. If for replacement, it is 1-1 exchange(Replacement & faulty units). According to the faulty unit, the end user should return the faulty unit back to Jabra’s HK warehouse at their cost, the address as mentioned below.  After that, Jabra side will send the replacement to end user within 1-2 days.
