Warranty details :
1.1) We will treat the effective date of HKBN bundle service plan contract as the purchase date, and the warranty service period will be provided based on that effective date.
1.2) Customer need register the product warranty on the New Star website within 10 days of receipt.
1.3) Customer must retain the HKBN confirmation letter, warranty card/warranty label.
1.4) During maintenance, customers are required to present the HKBN confirmation letter, warranty card/warranty label, and serial number for verification by the repairman.
1.5) During online registration, please input the effective date of the bundle service plan contract in the 'Purchase Date' field. Details and terms of warranty service can be found on our website.
