- The delicate Italian pistachio custard is artfully infused into the layers of almond honey pistachio sponge cake, topped with creamy milk pudding and rich pistachio paste, and a sprinkle of crunchy pistachio nibs. To elevate each bite with a textural contrast, a layer of crispy hazelnut milk chocolate crunch and milk chocolate chips are added at the bottom of the cake to create a delightful symphony of chocolate and pistachio flavours.
