The product warranty is provided by the merchant. Shoppy shall email the purchase receipt to customers registered email address after successfully complete the order. The product warranty period is valid within 12 months upon the issue date of the purchase receipt.                Warranty service procedures:                                                                             -  If there is any functional failure of the product which is not caused by man-made damage, customers can make enquiries, and arrange free testing and maintenance services within the warranty period through the Global Oxygen Health (HK) Company Ltd or customer service center hotline (2662 3456) or Warranty Service Center stated below.                    - For making any maintenance request, customers must present the original or photocopy of the purchase receipt emailed by Shoppy.          - - After the product is repaired (or replaced), the warranty period can be extended for 12 free months.
