Step 1 - Wear the products side by side; suggested not to set tight in the first time of using, recommanded to reserve 1-2 fingers room
Step 2 - Press the switch button 3s to activate
Step 3 - Set up the product according to personal needs; suggested to experience with mode Shiatzu or Swedish with intensity and heated level 1
Step 4 - Enjoy the 20mins massage journey
Step 5 - Can use repreatly. The controller have memory function, will save and auto run with last setting.
Step 6 - Press the switch button 3s to turn off manually.
