•Limited daily delivery quota. Reservation must be made online at least 1 DAY in advance. Order cut-off time is 12 noon every day. Order made after 12 noon will be considered as order made on the following day.
•Ice Cream Mooncake delivery does not include dry ice and is not available to remote areas and outlying islands.
•Häagen-Dazs™ Ice Cream Mooncake voucher is classified as “redeemed” and “invalid” once confirmed the delivery service through online. The registered delivery service cannot be cancelled or changed. This voucher and delivery fee is not refundable.
•This voucher must be returned upon delivery. Otherwise, it cannot be redeemed.
•Cannot be exchanged to cash or other items. Items sold are non-transferable.
•Valid only with authorized stamp, originals only.

HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption”("redemption email”) to Staffs' company email address within 14 working days upon successfully complete the purchase order. Staffs shall follow the designated redemption period (shall redeem in 10 working days upon the issue date of the redemption email), and Staffs must present the redemption email to pick-up your product(s) at designated office. Please keep safe of the redemption email.
