HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption”("redemption email”) to Staffs' company email address within 14 working days upon successfully complete the purchase order. Staffs shall follow the designated redemption period (shall redeem in 10 working days upon the issue date of the redemption email), and Staffs must present the redemption email to pick-up your product(s) at designated office. Please keep safe of the redemption email.
