Warranty period:
The product warranty is provided by the merchant. Shoppy shall email the purchase receipt to customers’ registered email address after successfully complete the order. The product warranty period is valid within 12 months upon the issue date of the purchase receipt.
Warranty service procedures:
• If there is any functional failure of the product which is not caused by man-made damage, customers can make inquiries, and arrange maintenance services within the warranty period through the Warranty Service Center stated below.
• For making any maintenance request, customers must present the original or photocopy of the purchase receipt emailed by Shoppy.
