- 1 hour dry ice is provided for free for fondue set redemption from shops, extra dry ice will be charged.
- Items sold are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods.
- Reserve via online registration system at least TWO DAYS in advance (website address: https://www.haagendazs-gift.com/en/fondue-reservation). Order cut-off time is 4:00pm every day. Order made after 4:00pm will be considered as order made on the following day.
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, gift voucher or other items.
- This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with Häagen-Dazs™ Club member discount, gift voucher and other promotional offers.
- This voucher is not valid if damaged or presented after the expiry date.
- Photocopies will not be accepted.

HKBN will email a “Notification of Product/Premium Redemption”("redemption email”) to Staffs' company email address within 14 working days upon successfully complete the purchase order. Staffs shall follow the designated redemption period (shall redeem in 10 working days upon the issue date of the redemption email), and Staffs must present the redemption email to pick-up your product(s) at designated office. Please keep safe of the redemption email.
